Plant of Wolong Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, the
group invested 183.5 million RMB yuan on it to produce high class garmenture
cloth. The total building area is 17,800?, the staff number is 780, among
them, 20% are technicians and engineers, every management staff has a
college certificate at least. It may annually output cotton cloth 30 million
meters.
The plant is equipped with 4 sets of Benninger warping machine, 4 sets
of Benninger sizing machine, 338 shuttleless looms, 214 are electric multiarmed
looms, 124 are cam looms, all the air jet looms are double jet style,
rapier looms are equipped with 4-color weft selectors. The equipments
are 124 sets of Tsudakoma ZA209i cam looms, 90 sets of Toyota JAT610-190
multiarmed looms, 40 sets of JAT610-280 multiarmed looms, 36 sets of Mythos
190 mutiarmed looms, 24 sets of PICANOL 340 mutiarmed looms, 24 sets of
HEMA Super Excel rapier loom, and some testing equipments such as Ulster
testers and flaw testers, full-automatic single yarn strength tester,
full-automatic fabric strength tester, yarn rubbing tester, to test and
control the quality of raw materials and final products.
We mainly produce high-class garmenture cloth, to replace overseas cloth,
including fashionable elastic poplin, elastic jeans, a variety of jacquard
fabrics, high-counts and high-density down-proof fabric. These are ideal
cloth for high class garment, have a good market shares both interior
and overseas.
