plant of Henan Wolong Textile Co., Ltd. is situated at Nanyang,
which is famous for its high-quality cotton, now is equipped with 80,
000 yarn spindles, 1,600 open-ends, 997 looms, among which, 72 are air
jet looms, 60 are rapier looms, as well as blowing-carding machinery made
in Germany, combed machine made in Switzerland, auto-winding frames made
in Italy, air jet looms made in Japan, advanced Ulster tester and yarn
flaw tester. It employs 3,800 staffs, and its annual output is 16,000
tons of cotton fabrics, 40 million meters of cotton cloth, gross annual
sales is 330 million RMB yuan, tax is 45 million RMB yuan. It also has
a strong technology and developing team, including 238 senior and middle-level
technologists, various testing measures.
It mainly produces a variety of yarn(6s-180s) of carded and combed cotton,
PE/cotton, Linen/cotton, covering spandex yarn, slub yarn, casein fiber,
and decorative, industrial, garmenture fabrics series of tabby, drill,
feather quilt, satin drill, and jacquard. Its has some market share in
about 20 countries of Europe & America, Middle East, South East Asia.
